Red Bloom in Blue Vase

A cobalt blue vase holds a flush of red blooms against a warm, layered ground of rose, terracotta and soft light.

The surface is textured and alive — colour gathered rather than carefully arranged. Cool blue steadies the heat of the reds; the background holds the moment like late light in a room.

Red bloom in blue vase is a quiet still life to live with: bold, intimate, and full of held colour.
